Day 1: Arrival to Baku and City Tour

In the morning, arrival to Baku International Airport. Transfer to the city

DAY 2: Tour to Gobustan and Mud Volcanos (B/L/D)

08.00 Breakfast at hotel

Mud Volcanoes (Azerbaijan is home to the world’s greatest concentration of mud volcanoes)

Gobustan National Preserve (ancient rock art and UNESCO’s World Heritage, uncover an astonishing collection of over 6,000 ancient petroglyphs charting ways of life dating back tens of thousands of years)

Gobustan Interactive Museum

Bibi-Heybat Mosque overlooking gas and oil fields 

Atashgah Fire Temple (built in the 17th–18th centuries around naturally burning flames which were previously worshipped by Zoroastrians)

Yanardag Burning Hill (10-metre wall of flames blazes day and night at the base of a hillside

18:00 Dinner at Chinese restaurant

DAY 3: Tour to Sheki (B/L/D)

08.00 Breakfast at hotel

Shamakhi Juma Mosque (one of the oldest Muslim temples in Azerbaijan)

Diri Baba Mausoleum

Forest of Bunud Village (photo-stop and tasting of local gutabs / thinly rolled dough with herbs) 

12:30 Lunch at local restaurant

Nohur Lake and Seven Beauties Waterfall

Arrival in Sheki and excursion to The Palace of Sheki Khans (UNESCO’s World Heritage)

18:30 Dinner at the restaurants

Overnight in 4* hotel – Sheki Palace

DAY 4: From Sheki to Tour to Sighnaghi and Bodbe (B/L/D)

08.00 Breakfast at hotel

09:00 Drive to the border of Georgia and Azerbaijan. Cross it at Lagodekhi  

12:00 Local Lunch at local family with homemade Wine & Vodka tasting

13:00 Walking tour in the streets of Sighnaghi

15:00 Visit Bodbe Nunnery and then drive to capital city – Tbilisi

17:30 Visit Trinity Cathedral (optional – Boating on River Mtkvari for 30-40 minutes: 14 USD PP)

18:00 Dinner at local restaurant with folk program – Mravaljamieri

Overnight in budget 4* hotel – Iveria Inn or Residence Plaza

DAY 5: From Tbilisi to Gori, Ananuri and Gudauri (B/L/D)

08:00 Breakfast at the hotel

09:00 Drive to Uplistikhe and visit Caved Town there 

12:00 Lunch at the restaurant Shin da Gori 

13:00 In Gori we will visit Stalin Museum

14:00 Proceed to Ananuri and visit the complex and Jinvali reservoir.  

17:00 Visit the viewpoint in Gudauri (same as friendship monument) 

18:30 Dinner at the hotel

DAY 6: From Gudauri to Kazbegi, Mtskheta and Tbilisi (B/L/D)

08:00 Breakfast at the hotel

09:00 Drive to Kazbegi and 4×4 to visit Gergeti Trinity Church

12:00 Lunch at the local restaurant in Kazbegi – Panorama 

13:30 Returning to Capital city.

16:30 On the way visit Mtskheta – Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral

18:30 Dinner at Chinese restaurant – Dzin Chao (fish dish included).

Overnight at budget 4* hotel – Iveria Inn or Residence Plaza

DAY 7: Tbilisi Tour and Departure (B/L/-)

08:00 Breakfast at hotel

09:00 Check out from hotel and drive to Old Tbilisi: tour starts in Europe Square – visit Metekhu Church,
then ride up to Narikala by cable car (OW), visit Mother of Georgia Statue and walk down to Baths District. Visit Legvtakhevi Waterfall, Wisit Sharden Street and Bridge of Peace.

13:00 Lunch at local restaurant – Bread House 

Transfer to the airport (if timing permits – shopping at Flea Market or East Point Mall).
