3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing:

Mariposas Tour is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or political events. Customers are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid. Customers must also follow local laws and the instructions provided by their tour guides.
7. Health and Safety
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking. For safety and peace of mind, travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, and cancellations is strongly recommended.
8. Itinerary Changes
Mariposas Tour reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to itineraries due to operational or safety concerns.
9. Complaints and Feedback
Complaints should be reported to the tour guide or Mariposas Tour immediately. Any unresolved issues must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the tour ends.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
